Sonatine

The "Sonatine" is a charming and versatile work for clarinet and piano. Three contrasting movements bring together a distinctive and memorable main motif in the first movement, a lyrical and dramatic middle movement, and an energetic finale. Technically and musically rewarding, the work is equally suited to study and performance, while also providing an excellent pedagogical introduction to the wider world of clarinet repertoire. With its varied and lively musical language, the "Sonatine" makes an appealing addition to any concert program.
